KEY PEOPLE / ŽELJKA MOTIKA - Partner
Željka Motika started her professional career in the Commercial Court in Belgrade in 2003. She is a member of Belgrade Bar association since 2006, when she started cooperation as a member of dispute resolution department, with one of the leading law firms in Serbia. In 2009, Željka started Motika Law Office and from the beginning she has practiced in all areas of corporate and commercial law. She is specializing in Commercial, IT and Intellectual Property matters with a strong focus on contract negotiations, structuring of complex M&A transactions and related due diligence and compliance work. Her focus is on legal issues surrounding financial technologies and blockchain, as well as regulatory developments related to the emerging technologies.

Ivana Bulatović /Partner
Ivana Bulatović is specialized in diverse aspects of Labor Law, Data Protection, Dispute Resolution and all corporate matters for clients across the board. She has been dealing with complex commercial litigation cases, representing clients in corporate and commercial disputes before first and second instance courts in Serbia, as well as the Supreme Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court. From her trainee days in 2012, Ivana has been an integral part of Motika Law Office team and currently is a partner at Motika & Partners, supervising the mentoring of the trainees and interns in the firm.

Milomir Matović /Attorney at Law
Milomir Matović is an independent Attorney at Law with experience spanning traineeship in the Public Prosecutor’s Office and close cooperation with non-governmental organizations that specialize in Humanitarian Law. Following the bar, Milomir is working with some of the leading corporate law firms in the country and has joined Motika Law Office team in 2018. He has been advising clients on a range of Corporate, Banking & Finance and Commercial matters as well as actively represented them before court of all instances in Serbia.

Jovana Marinković /Attorney at Law
Jovana Marinković is an independent Attorney at Law practicing in all areas of corporate and commercial law. Jovana joined Motika Law Office in 2022, prior to which she completed an internship at one of the leading corporate law offices in Serbia. She advises clients on various corporate, commercial and employment legal matters..
