Željka Motika /Partner
Željka Motika started her professional career in the Commercial Court in Belgrade in 2003. She is a member of Belgrade Bar association since 2006, when she started cooperation as a member of dispute resolution department, with one of the leading law firms in Serbia. In 2009, Željka started Motika Law Office and from the beginning she has practiced in all areas of corporate and commercial law. She is specializing in Commercial, IT and Intellectual Property matters with a strong focus on contract negotiations, structuring of complex M&A transactions and related due diligence and compliance work. Her focus is on legal issues surrounding financial technologies and blockchain, as well as regulatory developments related to the emerging technologies.

Ivana Bulatović /Partner
Ivana Bulatović is specialized in diverse aspects of Labor Law, Data Protection, Dispute Resolution and all corporate matters for clients across the board. She has been dealing with complex commercial litigation cases, representing clients in corporate and commercial disputes before first and second instance courts in Serbia, as well as the Supreme Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court. From her trainee days in 2012, Ivana has been an integral part of Motika Law Office team and currently is a partner at Motika & Partners, supervising the mentoring of the trainees and interns in the firm.

Jovana Radovanović /Attorney at Law
Jovana Radovanović is an independent Attorney at Law specializing in Corporate and Commercial Law. Since joining Motika & Partners in 2022, she has developed a strong focus on Labor law and Intellectual Property, advising clients on employment contracts, workplace policies, dispute resolution, and IP protection, including trademarks and copyrights. Her expertise, combined with a client-focused approach, ensures effective legal solutions for businesses across various industries. Jovana is fluent in English.

Jovana Spasojević Gligorijević /Attorney at Law
Jovana Spasojević Gligorijević, as an independent Attorney at Law, became a valued member of our team in 2024, bringing with her over a decade of experience from some of the most prestigious corporate law firms in Serbia. Her expertise spans a broad spectrum of legal fields, including Corporate Law, Real Estate, Litigation, and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). Additionally, she was engaged as an in-house counsel, adeptly managing clients’ day-to-day legal needs. Today, Jovana specializes in supporting clients in Real Estate and Corporate Law, delivering strategic guidance and practical solutions tailored to their unique business objectives. She is fluent in English.

Đorđe Bojović /Trainee Attorney at Law
Đorđe Bojović is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade. He started his professional career at Motika&Partners in 2024, where he works as a Trainee Attorney at Law. During his internship, Đorđe is actively building expertise in Corporate Law, Labor Law, IT law, and Intellectual Property. Known for his strong communication skills and proficiency in English, he is dedicated to providing effective support to clients while continuing to expand his legal knowledge.

Tara Paunović / Trainee Attorney at Law
Tara Paunović graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade and began her professional journey at Motika&Partners in 2024, where she works as a Trainee Attorney at Law. Passionate about Labor and Corporate Law - areas that captivated her during her studies - Tara is dedicated to deepening her expertise and gaining practical experience. Known for her communicative nature and ambition, she is also fluent in English.
